Did you know...

Babies, even newborns can imitate facial movements.
When Baby E first came home,
I told big sister to stick out her tongue for him.
He copied her & she knows that she taught him this game...
It's fun for Daddy too.

Six and Seven weeks

Baby E has really changed in the last week.
We are getting smiles and happy noises.
(which is quite a change from his usual attitude...
these "serious" or "thoughful" looks…) He’s been staying awake for longer,
(and sleeping longer too…)
That newborn stage is fleeting &
we are quickly moving into something new…

ORANGE OVERLOAD

When your soda matches your dress....
Mommy gets the camera...

... and asks your brother to put on a matching shirt too ...

And then ...

We get the baby in on it ...

Heart

We had our follow up appointment for Baby E's heart irregularity this week.
It was down at Children’s hospital in Seattle.
They did some listening and an EKG and then a pediatric cardiologist came in to explain the results.
It didn’t take much interpretation.
It looks perfect! There is no longer an irregularity, and no sign of any weirdness.

He is also weighing in at 10 pounds 9 ounces!

Thanks to everyone for prayers!

Lots of Love from the Dreewes Family.
